Monthly Meeting Schedule
7:30 AM - Bible Study at Parking Lot pavilion (Arrival Time 7:20AM)
8:00 AM – Staging area opens (please do not arrive before 8:00 AM)

• Loaner equipment retrieval begins
• Player check-in opens
• Chronograph station opens
(All Airsoft replicas intended for gameplay must be chronographed.)
9:00 AM – MANDATORY SAFETY BRIEFING
Players may not participate if they do not attend the safety briefing.
9:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Gameplay Block One
12:30 PM – Devotional Time
1:00 PM – Lunch Break
1:15 PM – 3:00 PM – Gameplay Block Two
3:00 PM – Field closes. All players must return to their vehicles promptly.
All Airsoft replicas must be taken directly to vehicles at the end of the event.
Mandatory Check in
All players must check in at the Apra Airsoft Store before participating. Please ensure your safety waiver has been submitted in advance. During check-in, staff will verify the following: Eye and face protection, Barrel bag, Biodegradable BBs, Dead Rag. Those obtaining loaner gear may pick up their equipment apon check in.
Apra Airsoft Store
Apra Airsoft operates a small on-site store during game days offering snacks, drinks, Airsoft essentials, and Apra merchandise. Common items include dead rags, barrel bags, face masks, biodegradable BBs, tick repellent, and other field necessities. The store is accepts cash, Pay Pal, and Tap via Pay Pal.
Pre-Game Devotion
Pre-Game Devotion
Apra Airsoft holds a pre-game devotion, and everyone is welcome to attend! We will be studying through the Book of James from 7:30–8:00 AM at the pavilion by the parking lot. This will be a time of Bible reading, discussion, prayer, and fellowship before the day’s games begin. You are welcome to arrive as early as 7:20 AM, and the devotion will begin at 7:30 AM.

Evening Airsoft Games — November 7th
Evening Airsoft Games — November 7th
Our evening Airsoft games will be held on Saturday, November 7th. Arrival will begin at 2:00 PM, with games starting at 3:00 PM and continuing until dark, around 6:00 PM.
A mandatory safety briefing will be held at 2:30 PM. All participants must be present for the briefing before gameplay begins.
Please note that no loaner gear will be available for this event. We will also have a downsized Apra Airsoft Store on site, but it will not carry our full selection, so please plan accordingly.
Finally, game rules may differ from our regular meetings, so please make sure to review the event information and rules before arriving.

King George Fall Festival Parade
King George Fall Festival Parade
October 11th | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
This will be Apra Airsoft’s third year participating in the King George Fall Festival Parade, and we are excited to be back! Last year was a great opportunity to spend time together, meet people in the community, and share what Apra Airsoft is all about. We would love to have as many people as possible join us this year.
The parade is approximately one mile long, running from the elementary school area to King George High School, with hundreds of participants and thousands of spectators. We will be walking together as a unit, talking with the community, and handing out Apra Airsoft information. If you would rather not hand out flyers, that is completely fine—come walk with us and enjoy the day!
Participation
Participation
Everyone participating must be at Apra Airsoft HQ at 9208 Arcadia Dr. no later than 8:30 AM. We will leave at 8:30 and will not be able to wait for late arrivals.
After the parade, which should end around noon at King George High School, participants may either be picked up at the high school or ride back with us to HQ. We expect to return to HQ around 3:00 PM, although we may finish earlier.
All participants must register before the event. A registration form will be available through our website.
What to Wear
What to Wear
We would like everyone to wear Multicam or Woodland camouflage if possible. We also encourage participants to wear their normal tactical gear, such as plate carriers, helmets, battle belts, and other appropriate equipment. The goal is to look ready for a day of Airsoft—just without the weapons.
ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED. This includes Airsoft rifles, Airsoft pistols, firearms, knives, or other weapons. Please leave these items at home.
If you do not have Multicam, Woodland, or appropriate gear, please contact us ahead of time and we will do our best to help.
