Our Mission Statement

Equipment Manager 

Micaiah Becker (Co-founder) has been serving Apra Airsoft since the creation of the group in 2019. Since 2019, Micaiah has been a big contributing factor in the growth of the group. Micaiah specializes in the maintenance and development of the gear, weapons, and vehicles of the group. His dedication to the group insures safe, efficient, and reliant game play every time you step out on the field.

Event Coordinator 

 Matthias Becker (Co-founder) has been serving on staff along side his brother (Micaiah Becker) since 2019. Matthias focuses primarily on the digital and leadership aspect of the group. Matthias spends his time updating the website, coordinating events, and reaching out to new and current members of the group. Matthias's work makes sure the games run smoothly and everyone is on the same page.

Staff Member 

Noah Brown was the first, but by no means the least important, staff member. Noah Brown has been playing with Apra Airsoft since early 2023. His dedication to the group and willingness to support the unit led to the creation of the Staff Member program, and the initiation of Noah as the first Apra Airsoft Staff member in December of 2024. Noah is currently honing his leadership and referee skills in order to help the group run smoothly.

Staff Member

 Caleb Watts was one of the first recruits of Apra Airsoft after the group moved to Virginia in 2021. Since 2021, Caleb has religiously attended Apra Airsoft's monthly meetings and Milisims. Caleb was Initiated as a staff member in May of 2025 and has continued to contribute his skills and leadership to the group.

Staff Member

Noah Rhoades has been playing with Apra airsoft since the fall of 2024. Though Noah is newer to the group, he has contributed his ideas and skills to the group even before his initiation to the staff program in August of 2025. Since joining staff, Noah has continued to work hard to support and grow Apra Airsoft.
